Theresa Senato Edwards’ poetry books include Voices Through Skin, (Sibling Rivalry Press, 2011), a poem from this book entitled “Her Rituals” was a poetry finalist for the OCD Foundation’s Dare to Believe Contest, 2011; Painting Czeslawa Kwoka ~ Honoring Children of the Holocaust, a full-color collaboration with Painter, Lori Schreiner (unbound CONTENT, 2012), the title piece won the Tacenda Literary Award for Best Collaboration 2007, another piece in the book “A Last Look” won this same award in 2010, and the entire collection won the Tacenda Literary Award for Best Book, 2011—all from BleakHouse Publishing; The Music of Hands (Webbook, Seven CirclePress, 2014).

Her poem “Glove making” from her chapbook The Music of Hands is in Thrush Poetry Journal: an Anthology of the first two years; and Nic Sebastian’s video remix of Edwards’ poem “brother carried the poppies,” and other poems also from this chapbook, can be found at The Poetry Storehouse“Battered,” from Voices Through Skin, will be included in the anthology, Veils, Halos and Shackles: International Poems on the Abuse and Oppression of Women.  

Edwards’ work has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize.  She tutors writing at The Culinary Institute of America and blogs sometimes at TACSE creations.
